Imposter syndrome happens when we doubt our own knowledge or skills, and these doubts manifest a fear of being exposed as an imposter or fraud.
When challenged, it is often not as simple as just admitting you don’t have the answer, especially if you are battling imposter syndrome. Not knowing an answer can sometimes create a cycle that isn’t easily broken if the nature of the problem lies in self-doubt.
