Fendt rolls out Rogator 900 series adjustable clearance sprayer

AGCO Corp, showcased its newly introduced Fendt Rogator 900 Series sprayer to the North American market at Farm Progress Show, at Decatur, IL, this week.

A big thing for AGCO this year is bringing the Rogator and Fendt “families” together says David Fickel, senior market manager with AGCO. Part of that story is the new sprayer that is an adjustable clearance machine.

“At the push of a button, you can raise the machine up, as high as 76 inches, or you can lower it back down to 56 to 60 inches, depending on the model,” says Fickel.

A key feature of the new sprayer is the ability to combo or swap systems, something you don’t typically see in a high-clearance machine, Fickel adds. Another highlight is the time to switch systems— approximately two hours to go from dry to liquid products.

“It’s an all-season machine, and all-condition machine,” says Fickel, adding that switching tires just adds to the machine’s ability, due to its adjustability. The cab also has about 10 to 12 per cent more glass, so great visibility, Fickel says.

Fickel says the new model is available through the Fendt dealer network, in the U.S. and Canada.
