RealAg Radio, Jan. 23: Weed resistance, a Manitoba farmer panel, and keynote speakers from Ag Days

Wednesday’s RealAg Radio show is broadcast from the NuFarm Canada booth at Manitoba Ag Days held at Brandon, Manitoba, and there’s so many guests there’s no time for the top ag news stories!

First up, Adrienne Ivey, Saskatchewan rancher from Ituna, joins host Shaun Haney to talk about what advice she’ll be passing on to farmers during her keynote address at the event. Then, you’ll hear a farmer panel including Simon Ellis and Tom Greaves of the Manitoba Seed Growers Association. Lexie Cook, of Nufarm Canada, talks about weed resistance, especially with weed resistant kochia popping up in Manitoba at a steady pace. And, to round out the show, David Derwin, of PI Financial,  joins Haney to discuss agriculture markets and farm business.
