Designed for controlled traffic farming (CTF), the Multi Tool Trac built in the Netherlands offers a unique look based on a series of farmer-driven ideas.
The electric tractor was developed for use in three-metre CTF, but takes transport into account with an on-the-fly adjustable gauge system that takes it down to 2.25 metres for the road. It features a continuously adjustable cabin over the length of the frame, and is powered by electricity (with a back-up diesel generator).
Its long wheelbase also means equipment actually fits between the front and rear wheels. Placing a toolbar in the middle of the machine offers improved visibility to the driver, and stabilization to the machine, according to the company.
