The Canadian Agri-Marketing Association held the 2015 “Best of CAMA” awards night in Winnipeg on November 5, recognizing the best in agricultural marketing, advertising and communications.
Real Agriculture was honoured to receive several awards, including the prize for best corporate web design. Together with Dow AgroSciences and AdFarm, Real Ag also received the top prize in the special event category for the TechTour Live held in Western Canada back in March.
The “Mind Your Farm Business” podcast series produced together with RBC was recognized with a certificate of merit in the online magazine or publications category.
CAMA’s “Agri-Marketer of the Year” award was presented to Steve Denys, vice-president of sales and marketing for PRIDE Seeds, former president of the Canadian Seed Trade Association and farmer near Chatham, Ontario. He was recognized for his work promoting modern crop production technologies, as Denys has been active in opposing Ontario’s new seed treatment regulations.
