Soybean School: Harvesting Tough Beans & Top Tips for Safe Storage

Helmut Spieser, agricultural engineer with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, would call leaving the beans out a “gutsy” move, and not one that’s likely to turn out well.
